Moturis RV Rentals and Camping World Rental Terms for travel between 01-Apr-2011 and 31-Mar-2012

Important Information About Your Rentals
On arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of Moturis RV Rentals and Camping World. Here is a summary of their terms and conditions:

Definitions
The following definitions apply for the Terms and Conditions for Moturis RV Rentals and Camping World.

    * The Supplier means the operator of Moturis RV Rentals and Camping World
    * The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s) or renter (s)

Payment
A non-refundable deposit will be taken from your nominated credit card at time of booking confirmation.  The percentage of the total fees payable upon booking confirmation will vary depending on the number of days your booking is placed before travel commencement.
The balance of payment due will be deducted from your nominated credit card 35 days prior to the commencement of your rental. Please ensure there are sufficient funds available on your card as you place your booking.  However, if  you are booking within 35 days of travel, or you choose to book in a currency other than US$, the entire cost of the rental will be transacted from your nominated credit card at the time of booking confirmation.

Note: If applicable any fees payable upon arrival will be itemised as such in your final breakdown of pricing.

Cancellation Fees
Upon confirmation that your selected vehicle is available a non refundable booking deposit will be taken from your nominated credit card. In addition to this the following cancellation fees apply:

44 to 32 days prior to pick up date           30% of total rental days charges plus one-way fee if applicable
31 to 18 days prior to pick up date           50% of total rental days charges plus one-way fee if applicable

3 days or less prior to pick up date        100% of total rental days charges plus one-way fee if applicable

Separate cancellation policy applies for group bookings (season 6 vehicles and more).
Customers who fail to arrive on pick up day or decline vehicle at pick up for whatever reason are considered as a departure day cancellation (no-show) and will be charged 100% of the rental days.

Important Rental Information
Please note that Canadian residents are not permitted to rent a motorhome in the US to travel in Canada. The same applies to Mexican residents renting in the US and wanting to travel in Mexico.

An additional deposit of US$1000 will be charged on top of normal security deposit.

One-way charges for confirmed one-way bookings
For one-way rental cancellations the full one-way drop-off charge plus taxes will be added to the regular cancellation charges (does not apply in winter season). 

Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

Transfer Information
Transfer times listed are approximate due to traffic, border and weather conditions. Moturis RV & Camping World is not responsible for refunds due to any of these conditions.

Transfer to location
- Overseas customers must overnight before picking-up their rental unit.
- Customers must be ready for pick-up at 07.30 hrs at the  designated transfer hotels at specified customer waiting areas.
- Early hotel transfer is only provided from the customer waiting area of the designated transfer hotels.
- Customers are requested to report at the time of booking or not later than three working days before pick-up date in which designated transfer hotel customer is staying overnight and how many people are in customer's party. 
- For transfers in Burlington – Vancouver (YVR), we require the transfer information at time of booking or no later then 2 weeks prior to the customers departure. Important: For customer’s wishing to take advantage of our Vancouver Hotel transfer to or from our Burlington location, we require passport details of all passengers traveling at least 2 weeks prior to their pick-up. Please provide us with their full name, date of birth, passport number, issue date and country and the expiration date.
- Transfers are only provided from the designated hotels and airports if we have been informed of the transfer within the indicated time frame. Customers must be ready at the stated time and customer waiting area, otherwise no pick-up transfer will be provided.

Vehicle pick-up
- Vehicle Pick-up: Mo-Sa 9.00 – 10.30 and 13.00 – 15.00 hr (afternoon pick-up only Mon – Fri).
- Early pick-up is provided between 08.00 and 10.00 hrs for customers using early hotel transfer.  Exceptions are valid for San Francisco (Downtown), Orlando (Orlando area) and Burlington – Vancouver, where pick-up is provided in the afternoon (Monday - Saturday). 
-  For early vehicle pick-ups without hotel transfer from one of the designated hotels (i.e. customer arrives on his own at his own expense), customers have to arrive at rental location between 08.00 and 08.30 hrs and inform Moturis accordingly no later than three working days prior to vehicle pick-up.
- No hotel transfers are provided for afternoon vehicle pick-ups.
Exception are valid for San Francisco (Downtown), Orlando (Orlando area) and Burlington – Vancouver (Monday to Saturday)

Pick up:  Burlington – Vancouver transfers
- Vehicle pick-up hours are between 13:00 and 15:00 hours.
- Transfers to the station are provided at 11:00 hrs. Transfer time is approximately 3 – 4 hours. $120 premier door to door service per rental plus local sales tax apply and are payable at pick-up. $6 border crossing fee per person is payable by the customers at time of border crossing. Transfers must be reserved a minimum of 2 weeks prior to pick up.
- Important: For customer’s wishing to take advantage of our Vancouver Hotel transfer to or from our Burlington location, we require passport details of all passengers traveling at least 2 weeks prior to their pick-up. Please provide us with their full name, date of birth, passport number, issue date and country and the expiration date.
- No refund is made in the event of late vehicle pick-up.

Vehicle drop off and airport / hotel transfer
- Vehicle drop-off hours are from 09.00 to 10.30 hrs.
- Airport transfer (drop off) is being provided at 11.00 hrs from the following rental locations to designated airports only:

Drop off:  Burlington – Vancouver transfers
- Vehicle drop off hours are between 08:00 and 08:30 hours
- Transfers to designated hotels are provided at approximately 09:00 hrs. Transfer time is approximately 3 - 4 hours. $120 premier door to door service per rental plus local sales tax apply and are payable at drop off. $6 border crossing fee per person is payable by the customers at time of border crossing. Late vehicle drop off
Late vehicle drop-off surcharges are USD 30.00 per hour. No airport transfers are provided in the event of a late vehicle drop-off. No refunds are made for early returns or unused portion of rentals.

Public Liability Insurance (included in daily rental rates)
Moturis RV & Camping World maintains liability insurance coverage on all their rental vehicles for bodily injury and property damage liability claims brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the renter (and any other driver listed in the rental contract) and/or the company as a result of the operation or use of their rental vehicles. The policy protects the company for USD 5 million and the renter for statutory limits. This basic public liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract.

SLI  Supplemental Liability Insurance (included in daily rental rates)
Moturis RV & Camping World maintains supplemental liability insurance coverage on all their rental vehicles for bodily injury and property damage liability claims brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the renter (and any other driver listed in the rental contract). The policy increases statutory limits to USD 1 million for the renter. This supplemental liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract.

Customer Responsibility with Collision Damage Waiver-CDW (included in daily rental rates)
In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rent, whether or not due to the fault of customer, customer’s responsibility for direct and accidental loss (including theft and vandalism) or damage to the vehicle is unlimited. That is, customer is responsible for all loss or damage.

All daily rental rates for all vehicles include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). With CDW, the customer’s responsibility for accidental damage, theft and vandalism (police report is required) to the vehicle is reduced to USD 2,500.00 per occurrence, with the following exceptions:

Exceptions for which there is no reduction in customer’s responsibility for damages:
I) caused as a result of use without Moturis RV & Camping World expressed permission or consent
II) damage caused by striking overhead objects
III) damage caused by freezing or overheating vehicle systems
IV) all damage caused during any use of off public roads (including at camp grounds, parking lots, service stations, etc)
V) undercarriage damage, including tires and wheels
VI) damage caused from backing up vehicle
VII) all glass damage

Customer Responsibility with VIP = Vacation Interruption Protection (Included in daily rental rate
With VIP, the customer's responsibility for accidental damage is further reduced to USD 1,000.00. In case of theft and vandalism to the vehicle, the deductible is USD 1,000.00.
VIP also covers the expenses in the event of a mechanical breakdown requiring the vehicle to be in repair for more than 12 working hours. Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, generator, microwave, appliances, automatic step, cruise control are not considered to be mechanical breakdowns. Incurred expenses of USD 30.00 per person per day for lodging and USD 30.00 per group per day for other transportation is provided. A limit of USD 3,000.00 per tour applies and this plan is not valid in case of an accident. Customer must present all receipts for refund of expenses.

VIP coverage is void (I) if customer fails to file an accident/damage police report, or (II) if vehicle is used in violation of the terms of the rental contract.

Deposit for all rentals is USD 1,000.00 (will strictly be enforced, authorized / not charged)

Preparation fees
This is a mandatory one-time charge per vehicle per booking. It is applicable to all bookings without exception. The Preparation Fee covers:

- Standard Kit per vehicle
- First tank of propane
- First supply of toilet chemicals
- Vehicle outside cleaning
- Pick-up/drop-off transfers

There are no refunds for unused propane and toilet chemicals and there are no refunds if customers do not meet the transfer rules and did not take the advantage of transfers or if customers decide to do own transfer at their own cost.

Mountain bike rentals
Moturis offers mountain bike rentals at all our locations. Moturis have one-size (adult) mountain bikes available. Moturis offer a 2-bike carrier or a 4-bike carrier with 2 or 4 mountain bikes per carrier. If customers want to bring their own bikes, carriers can be rented. The prices for carriers only are the same as for carriers with bikes. Bike rentals are also available with one-way motorhome rentals.

Please note that in several U.S. states, the use of helmets is mandatory for bicycle riders. Moturis RV & Camping World does not provide any bicycle helmets for rent. Please request rental bikes at time of booking!

GPS rental
Moturis offer GPS units at all our rental locations. Please pre-order these with the reservation to guarantee availability at point of pick-up.

Mileage
The base rental rate includes 60 free miles per day. Additional miles at USD 0.40 per mile plus local sales tax.

Maintenance and cleaning responsibility
Customers are responsible to check all fluid levels at each refueling. Refills of all fluids (except gasoline and propane) will be reimbursed at check-in upon presentation of receipts. Gasoline costs are not included in rental price. Gasoline tanks are full at pick-up and must be returned full. Vehicles must be returned clean inside. Otherwise, cleaning charges may occur.

Repairs / refunds / early returns
Necessary repairs are refunded without previous authorization up to USD 50.00. Customer must provide receipts. If customers pay repairs exceeding USD 50.00 without previous authorization, we will not refund. Clients assume full responsibility for any additional expenses incurred by reasons of a breakdown of vehicle. If a vehicle which had a breakdown and is in repair for more than 12 working hours, through no fault of customer, our responsibility to client is limited to refund the daily rate or a portion thereof (VIP coverage). No refunds will be made for breakdowns in Death Valley (between June 15 and September 15), New York City, greater metropolitan area of Montreal and the city of Quebec (Canada).

Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, any appliances, plumbing, generator, cruise control and GPS malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are made for repair time to these items.
There will be no refunds made for the early return of a rental vehicle.

Accident
In case of an accident, customers must notify the police for a police report immediately, also inform the pick-up station within 24 hours and make full report in writing. CDW/VIP accident coverage is void if customer fails to follow these procedures.

Credit cards / traveler checks
Moturis accept MASTER / Eurocard, VISA and AMEXCO credit cards as well as all Traveler Checks in US-Dollars. No Euro checks or debit cards are accepted. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or handling charges for any credit card transaction. Without any exception a valid credit card is required for each rental.

Drivers license / drivers age
A national automobile driver's license is required. We recommend customers to carry a translation of the national driver's license or an international driver's license, but under any circumstances, customer must provide a valid national driver's license at pick-up. Minimum driver's age is 21 years for all motorhomes.

Parking / traffic violations / toll roads
Customers are responsible for reporting and paying of all parking/traffic/toll road violations at rental termination. Non-reporting of parking/traffic/toll road violations will result in an administrative charge of up to USD 100.00. Non-reported parking/traffic violations plus administrative charge will be charged against customers credit card or will be collected at customers domicile.

Travel to Mexico
Motorhomes are allowed to travel into Mexico, but such travel must be confirmed in advance. Area restrictions may apply. US or any other liability insurance does not provide coverage in Mexico. The customers therefore must purchase additional liability and CDW insurance before entering Mexico. This insurance, with a premium of USD 19 per day, is sold at all depots. Customers have to provide the depots with the exact dates the vehicle will be in Mexico. When traveling in Mexico, traveler assistance is not available and any repair costs, towing or fines occurred in Mexico are the renter’s responsibility. The Insurance is not taxable with the exception of Denver, Phoenix, Portland, Nashville, Seattle, Burlington (YVR), Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers and Atlanta.
Please advise us at the time of reservation if your clients are planning on traveling to Mexico.

Northern travel supplement
All rental vehicles traveling to Alaska, the Northwest Territories or the Yukon are permitted and must be confirmed in advance. A USD 450.00 prepaid non-refundable supplement is required.

Substitutions
Moturis RV & Camping World is entitled to upgrade customers to a higher rated vehicle at no extra cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be offered, the responsibility of the rental company is limited to the refund of the difference in gross rates.

Minimum rental
3 day minimum rental (exception: 7 days minimum rental period from July 11 to August 28, 2011).

Pets
Small pets are allowed at owner’s responsibility. An additional deposit of USD 1,000 is charged at the time of pickup as well as a cleaning fee of USD 150 at the time of pick-up.

Towing
Towing is not permitted.

Storage
Storing items on vehicle roof is not permitted.  Free storage of luggage is available at all locations at owner's risk (not available for one way rentals).

Winterization in Denver, Chicago, Boston, New York, Dallas, Atlanta, Seattle, Vancouver, Salt Lake City, Buffalo, Nashville and Charlotte
Each motorhome has to be winterized from November to April  (rental location and period may vary depending on the weather and temperatures) to prevent freezing. This will include the water pipes, toilet, fresh water tanks, sink, shower, external shower, hot water heater and holding tanks. Vehicles will be winterized from any location where the temperature drops below 0 degrees. Whenever customers are travelling in freezing conditions the vehicles must be winterized. Winterization requires that water be drained from the fresh water tank, hot water heater and both waste tanks. Once the vehicle is winterized, no water can be put into the fresh water tank and it cannot be hooked up to the city water supply anymore. Therefore, no water at all is available in the motorhome. The toilet, however, can still be used as long as windshield washer antifreeze is poured down to rinse.

Pink RV antifreeze has been run through all the pipes and put into the black and grey tanks. If the renter removes this antifreeze and put water into the system, the tanks and pipes will crack. If this happens, he/she will be responsible for the full cost of  repairing these systems and any other damages caused by cracking pipes/tanks.

It is the renter’s responsibility to have the vehicle re-winterized on the return trip (if de-winterized for a trip to an area with warmer temperatures). Upon return, if the renter presents us with a receipt for either winterization or dewinterization, we will reimburse him/her, up to a maximum of USD 75. If the renter does not have a receipt, we will keep the security deposit and charge him /her for any additional costs incurred in repairing damaged pipes, tanks, water heater, walls, floors etc.

Baby / child Seat
Due to applicable law, a baby or child seat must be attached in the rear of the vehicle (Dinette table and seats).
Dinette table will require lowering to install baby and child seats. The dinette table will only lower to seat level. Due to this other passengers will not be able to travel in the dinette area.

The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Moturis RV Rentals and Camping World insurance

Public Liability Insurance (included in daily rental rates)
Moturis RV & Camping World maintains liability insurance coverage on all their rental vehicles for bodily injury and property damage liability claims brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the renter (and any other driver listed in the rental contract) and/or the company as a result of the operation or use of their rental vehicles. The policy protects the company for USD 5 million and the renter for statutory limits. This basic public liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract.

SLI  Supplemental Liability Insurance (included in daily rental rates)
Moturis RV & Camping World maintains supplemental liability insurance coverage on all their rental vehicles for bodily injury and property damage liability claims brought by a third party (other than a passenger) against the renter (and any other driver listed in the rental contract). The policy increases statutory limits to USD 1 million for the renter. This supplemental liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract.

Customer Responsibility with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) (included in daily rental rates)
In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rent, whether or not due to the fault of customer, customer’s responsibility for direct and accidental loss (including theft and vandalism) or damage to the vehicle is unlimited. That is, customer is responsible for all loss or damage.

All daily rental rates for all vehicles include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). With CDW, the customer’s responsibility for accidental damage, theft and vandalism (police report is required) to the vehicle is reduced to USD 2,500.00 per occurrence, with the following exceptions:

Exceptions for which there is no reduction in customer’s responsibility for damages:
I) caused as a result of use without Moturis RV & Camping World expressed permission or consent
II) damage caused by striking overhead objects
III) damage caused by freezing or overheating vehicle systems
IV) all damage caused during any use of off public roads (including at camp grounds, parking lots, service stations, etc)
V) undercarriage damage, including tires and wheels
VI) damage caused from backing up vehicle
VII) all glass damage

Deposit with CDW is USD 1,000.00 (will strictly be enforced)

Customer Responsibility with VIP = Vacation Interruption Protection (Included in daily rental rate)
With VIP, the customer's responsibility for accidental damage is further reduced to USD 1,000.00. In case of theft and vandalism to the vehicle, the deductible is USD 1,000.00.
VIP also covers the expenses in the event of a mechanical breakdown requiring the vehicle to be in repair for more than 12 working hours. Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, generator, microwave, appliances, automatic step, cruise control are not considered to be mechanical breakdowns. Incurred expenses of USD 30.00 per person per day for lodging and USD 30.00 per group per day for other transportation is provided. A limit of USD 3,000.00 per tour applies and this plan is not valid in case of an accident. Customer must present all receipts for refund of expenses.

VIP coverage is void (I) if customer fails to file an accident/damage police report, or (II) if vehicle is used in violation of the terms of the rental contract.

Deposit with CDW is USD 1,000.00 (will strictly be enforced, authorised / not charged).

To ensure that all customers are picked up from their desired transfer hotel, Moturis will now require the pick-up hotel information latest 3 working days prior to the pick-up.

Hence, for customers who do not spend the night in one of the designated transfer hotels, or do not show up for pick-up transfer at 07:30 hrs at the customer waiting area, or for whom no reporting was received, no pick-up transfer is provided.

Vehicle pick up:
Early pick-up is provided between 08.00 and 10.00 hrs for customers using early hotel transfer. For early vehicle pick-ups without hotel transfer from one of the designated hotels (e.g. customer arrives on his own at his own expense), customers have to arrive at rental location between 08.00 and 08.30 hrs and inform rental location accordingly three days prior to vehicle pick-up.

Afternoon vehicle pick-ups are provided between 13.00 and 15.00 hrs(Monday to Friday only). No hotel transfers are provided for afternoon vehicle pick-ups.

TRANSFERS

Important notes:
Pick up transfers are not provided from airport terminals to Moturis' depot.  They are instead offered from Newark Airport area hotels (as listed below). Transfers are however provided back to Newark Airport terminals at the end of your rental.

Vehicle pick up and transfer:
Early vehicle pick up is provided between 08:00 and 10:00 for customers using early hotel transfer.

Customers using early hotel transfer must be ready for pick up by 07:30 (unless otherwise specified) at the designated transfer hotels and in the specified customer waiting areas. Customers must advise Moturis of their pick up hotel information at least 3 working days before vehicle pick up. If you do not meet these conditions, no pick up transfer will be provided.

Customers who are not using a hotel transfer from one of the designated hotels, but who want an early pick up, must arrive at the depot between 08:00 and 08:30 and must inform Moturis of their intention at least 3 working days before vehicle pick up.

Afternoon vehicle pick ups are provided between 13:00 and 15:00 (Mon - Fri only). No hotel transfers are provided for afternoon vehicle pick-ups.

Vehicle drop off and airport transfer:
Vehicle drop off hours are from 09:00 to 10.30 (Mon - Sat).

Moturis provides transfer at 11:00 from the depot to Newark Airport (EWR) only; there are no transfers to JFK or GLA.  Please do not book flights with departures before 14:00 if you wish to take advantage of the free drop off transfer to the airport.

A surcharge of US$30 per hour applies to late vehicle drop off.  Please also note that no airport transfer is provided in the event of a late vehicle drop off.
